Base Currency
We use Euro (EUR) as our base currency for product(s) and/or service(s) pricing. Prices shown in all other currencies (that are listed in currency option) are just to facilitate the users to see prices in their own currency.
Currency Conversion Rate
Our primary currency is Euro (EUR). All the currency conversion rates are fetched against Euro (EUR) i.e., EUR to PKR, EUR to GBP, EUR to USD, EUR to CAD etc. Currency conversion rates are updated 2 times daily;
- (i). The currency conversion rates are updated by 10:30 AM; and
- (ii). The currency conversion rates are updated by 6:30 PM.
All prices in other currencies are calculated according to our updated currency conversion rates. SoftConnectivity is not liable for any currency conversion rate differences. Multi-Currency feature is provided to facilitate the users only, to see prices in their own currency. Currency conversion rates on this Website are just an assumption, it may not accurate.
Note: Timings specified above are according to the Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
Customer Billing
The prices of our products(s) and/or service(s) in Euro (EUR) is/are the actual price(s) that will be charged at the time of billing/placing order. Tax(es) and/or card surcharges (where applicable) are the additional payments will be charged in Euro (EUR) at the time of billing/placing order.
Note: To see the prices of our product(s) and/or service(s) in Euro (EUR), change the currency to Euro (EUR) from the Website header and go to Pricing.
Payment Methods
1. Card Payment:
Any payment for our product(s) and/or services(s) are only charged in Euro (EUR) while paying via Credit / Debit card. Payer is solely responsible to pay card surcharges that are calculated and stated on card detail page.
2. Bank Tranfer:
Any payment for our product(s) and/or services(s) via bank transfer can be paid in any currency, but it may incur currency conversion fee. Payer is solely responsible to pay currency conversion fee according to the current daily bank's exchange rate. Currency conversion fee should be added to paying cost.
3. Check, Pay Order & Demand Draft: (For customers in Pakistan only)
Any payment for our product(s) and/or services(s) via check, pay order, or demand draft should be paid in Pakistani Rupee (PKR).
Custom Duties And Taxes
If you are using our software(s) and/or services(s) outside of Pakistan, you are solely responsible to pay, everytime when you are billed, for any applicable custom duties and/or tax(es) that incur in your living/business country or countries. You will need to consult with the concerned authority/department of such country regarding implications of custom duties and/or tax(es).
