^1.  Pricing model is based on per user per physical computer and/or virtual machine and/or any device (that may install our software) for packaged type subscription(s).

^2.  In Packaged type, we provide software-as-a-product (SaaP) where the end-user or entity install the Software and/or Database in its local environment/machine(s). Whereas, in Cloud based system, we provided software-as-a-service (SaaS) where Software and/or Database is/are hosted on our servers and end-user or entity have the access via web browser or remote procedure call.

^3.  Next billing date will be according to purchased monthly subscription(s) and/or subscribed service(s) date as stated terms in pricing model.

^4.  Warehouse setup and related properties can also be treated as depot setup that helps your organization to manage Warehouse(s) and/or Depot(s) simultaneously.

^5.  Accounting templates and project setup are not included in Standard subscription(s).

^6.  Project based accounting, sales, purchases and inventory management.

^7.  User specific discount policy is not included in Standard subscription(s).

^8.  Setup Fee includes installation of our software, database and its pre-requisites.

^9.  Software update is the timely update by SoftConnectivty regarding performance improvements, fixing bugs, features enhancements etc. Price is subject to calculate according to the current packaged/cloud based subscription(s)' cost at the time of billing.

Additional Terms:

^a.  Client-Side scripting (Javascript/jQuery) is required for this page to function properly, please make sure your browser is not blocking client-side scripting.

^b.  User subscription price(s) and/or all other price(s) are subject to change anytime without any prior notice. All the following renewals will be billed according to new proposed price of that product and/or service.

^c.  Customers are solely responsible to purchase third-party license(s) and/or CAL(s) i.e, Microsoft SQL Server for packaged type licensing.

^d.  Third party license(s) cost(s) is/are not included in our pricing model for packaged type licensing.

^e.  SoftConnectivity is not liable for any thrid-party software copyright infringement and/or any other unlawful act.

^f.  Renewal of purchased monthly subscription(s) and/or subscribed software update service reminder will be sent to customers 15 days earlier to expiry.

^g.  If payment is made via credit / debit card, purchased monthly subscription(s) will be billed automatically upon renewal according to selected billing cycle.

^h.  If payment is made via credit / debit card, subscribed software update cost and/or software maintenance staff fee (as stated terms in pricing model) will be billed automatically.

^g.  If the customer fails to make full payment (according purchased plan(s) and/or service(s)) on time, all or partial monthly subscription(s) and/or service(s) will be cancelled immediately until the full or rest amount is paid.
