No! Currently we do not provide trial software version.
We provide several services to our customer as defined below;

1. Data Migration.
2. End-User Training & Certification.
3. Timely Software Update (For features enhancements, performance improvements and fixing bugs).
4. Dedicated development team/resource for software customization.
5. Cloud Services (via Third-Party Vendor).

Note: All above defined services are optional and will be charged additionally.
You may request service(s) via Order page or contact us via our Contact page.
After placing order, you will get your order summary on your email with total order cost. In a mean while, we will send you our company's bank detail, you may then transfer the amount to our bank.

Note: Payment via Credit or Debit Card feature is currently under development process.
We currently support Bank Transfer, Check (Locally), Pay Order, Demand Drafts and Credit or Debit Card to receive payment. Our development team is working on online payment functionality to accept payments via Debit / Credit cards.

We are using Microsoft SQL Server 2017 edition.
We are currently supporting Microsoft SQL Server. In future, we will provide Oracle Database support, but cannot provide the actual timeline right now.
Yes, you may! It's totally depends on your organization's needs that it wants to access reports over the web or not.

1. It's advised to use reliable SSL certificate on your reporting server (if locally deployed). Your reporting server must not be publically accessible and have password protected access.
2. You are solely responsible for any data and/or server security breach and/or any loss(es) and/or any theft.
Our development team is working on it. All customers will be notified via email providing the application download link.
You will find our online training vidoes at SoftConnectivity Channel.
Yes! It is used for the license/subscription verification, get or send emails and auto currency update. For license/subscription verification, everytime the user launches our ERP software, some necessary user license/subscription details are verified from our server.

You must be notified prior to internet disconnectivity via news channels, news papers, ISP etc. You may email us about the internet downtime with from and to dates, we will skip the license/subscription verification for that time.

Note: This kind of situition arise one-time in number of year(s) for not more than 15 days. If we found any miscommunication and our other customer(s) in your city/country denies the internet disconnectivity, this will be considered our terms breach.
Yes! SoftConnectivity facilitates the flexibility to switch between its valid plans at any time by paying the difference of each user per computer license/subscription fee. See our Pricing plans.
Yes! We offer cloud services for our ERP software.
