Terms & Conditions: (Applies to Sales & Marketing Partnership)

^1.  Commission will be calculated on total amount of sold subscription(s) only to each customer with maximum commission upto Rs. 5 Million (PKR) or its equivalent worth in USD (for international service partners).

^2.  Commission will not be calculated on services i.e., setup, data migration, software maintenance, software update, user training etc.

^3.  All the payments from customer(s) will directly come to SoftConnectivity's bank account.

^4.  Commission will be paid after receiving the full invoice amount in SoftConnectivity's bank account.

^5.  You are strictly not allowed to make any financial transaction with the customer(s)/user(s).

^6.  You are strictly not allowed to provide, share, or distribute software copy(s) or any portion of it illegally in any form to any customer(s)/user(s). Such action will be considered terms breach and require legal action against you or your business entity and penalties unless you have written permission by SoftConnectivity.

^7.  You are solely responsible for any commitments to customers that are not directed to you by SoftConnectivity. SoftConnectivity is not liable for any demages or losses to customer(s) and/or to you.
